XyayX believes that incorporating eco-friendly policies in an effort to reduce its impact on the environment is a smart business practice. The key steps to reduce environmental impact are consuming less, using resources more efficiently, recycling, and reducing waste stream. To do this, XyayX has instituted some simple but effective eco-friendly guidelines for its day-to-day business operations:
• Producing more output in electronic or digital format instead of printing hard copies.
• Recycling waste materials.
• Turning off lights when rooms are not in use
•  Whenever possible, using paper and other products made with post-consumer waste
•  Whenever possible, working with vendors who have environmentally sustainable business practices.
•  Supporting community-based organizations that work to clean up the environment and preserve natural resources.
•  Whenever possible, using mass transit to conduct company business
•  Encouraging employees to develop environmentally friendly habits in their personal lives such as using mass transit to commute to work.
